Our systems have been confirmed to be secure according to industry information security standards by an independent digital security expert.

In the spirit of transparency, we welcome you to research the system we use in our bespoke system, so that you are as confident as we are in the security of your information:

Membership form information is collected via a secure service (tripetto.com/hosting-freedom/) that hosts its servers in Western Europe, and is processed using a secure webhook application (script.gs/webhooks-for-sheets-privacy-policy/) and a secure mail merge plugin (cloudlab.newvisions.org/privacy-policy), both of which do not collect or store any personal data. All data is stored securely in Google Sheets (policies.google.com/privacy). The raw data is not shared with any other third parties, ever!

All payments are processed securely using PayPal or direct bank transfer.

While we have vetted the services we use to collect and store your information to the best of our ability, as we do not run them ourselves, we are not responsible should they be affected beyond our control. That said, we are confident that your information is safe.

IP Addresses

Our website is hosted using Squarespace and Cloudflare, both of whom are trusted and secure internet services which may collect IP addresses for site usage analysis and security purposes. This information is used in aggregate form and not to track individual users unless required for security or legal reasons.

Third-Party Links

Our site may contain links to external sites. While we ensure that we only link to reliable sites (eg. chabad.org and hebcal.com), we are not responsible for the privacy policies or security practices of these sites and encourage you to review their policies independently.
